So nerve wracking and so far out of my comfort zone my stomach was in knots. The experience not only helped me in that regard of just being able to talk to people, but it was so valuable, I actively look to go outside my comfort zone now to learn.

Carlos Munoz This may be a little different but the first time I was told to teach someone else. It was nerve wracking to be in front of the room when I felt like I still had to learn more. I know the impact to me was realizing that D4D is all learning all the time which has informed everything I do in my job and I have seen attendees from the class I taught embrace D4D in their own jobs

Ryan Booher In addition to analogous experiences and follow-me-homes, I have been most impacted by facilitation training and being able to practice facilitating by leading brainstorming, meeting-agreements, sessions like rapid-prototyping, etc.
